This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through this website, our intake forms, and related services — including intake forms we operate on behalf of participating law firms.

Contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
Case inquiry details you submit through an intake form, such as the type of incident, when it occurred, and related circumstances.
Communications preferences, such as your preferred contact method and best time to reach you.

2. How We Use Your Information

To connect you with the law firm handling your inquiry and enable that firm to respond to you.
To confirm receipt of your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide case-related updates.
To operate, maintain, and improve our intake services.

Intake submissions are confidential and are reviewed only by the law firm assigned to your inquiry and by Sinai Systems personnel who operate the intake system on that firm's behalf.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

By submitting your information and checking the SMS consent box on an intake form, you agree to receive text messages from Sinai Systems LLC regarding your inquiry, consultation scheduling, and case updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services. You may submit an inquiry without opting in to SMS.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

The law firm to which your inquiry is directed;
Service providers that process data on our behalf (such as hosting and communications infrastructure), bound by confidentiality obligations;
Authorities where required by law.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to intake data.

6. Data Retention

We retain intake information for as long as needed to provide services to the receiving law firm and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
