Sinai Systems provides client-intake automation for law firms. We are a technology and services company. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this website or submitting an intake form. Any attorney-client relationship is formed, if at all, directly between you and the law firm that reviews your inquiry, under that firm's own engagement terms.
If you opt in to SMS on an intake form, messaging is governed by the consent language presented at opt-in and by our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Opt-in is never a condition of receiving services.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false inquiries, attempting to access other users' information, interfering with the operation of the Services, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
The Services, including their design, text, and software, are owned by Sinai Systems LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Time-sensitive legal deadlines (such as statutes of limitations) may apply to your matter — do not rely on an intake submission to preserve your rights; consult an attorney directly and promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinai Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
